Provide accurate information regarding banking policies, procedures, and regulations.. . Assist customers with account issues, transactions, and troubleshooting inquiries.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up to enhance overall satisfaction.. . Collaborate with banking teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.. .
