The VP of Media will lead all global media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across consumer, retail, and B2B audiences. This executive will own Oura’s media mix across digital, offline, and emerging channels, while balancing cost of acquisition (CAC) with long-term awareness and brand-building objectives. The VP of Media will oversee Oura’s global media agency partnership and internal stakeholders to ensure integrated campaigns that drive measurable results and category leadership.. What you will do:. . Global Media Strategy. . . Develop and own Oura’s global media strategy across paid, earned, and emerging channels.. . Define media objectives aligned with both performance (CAC, ROAS) and brand (awareness, consideration) goals. . . Develop strategy across a variety of diverse channels and geographies for owned channels (DTC), Retailers, B2B, Partners and Affiliates. . . Ensure media strategies align with Oura’s consumer, retail, and B2B business priorities. . . . Media Planning & Execution. . . Lead the development of an optimal global media mix across digital (search, social, programmatic, influencers, affiliate), traditional (TV, OOH, print, audio), and experimental channels.. . Oversee cross-market media planning and ensure consistent global frameworks with local adaptations.. . Drive innovation in media buying, testing new platforms and partnerships.. . . Performance & Measurement. . . Own and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) across channels and audiences.. . Establish clear KPIs for performance and brand media, ensuring real-time measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization.. . Partner with analytics, growth, and finance teams to ensure media investments deliver efficient and scalable returns.. . . Agency & Partner Management. . . Oversee Oura’s global media agency for strategy, planning, and buying.. . Foster strong collaboration between agencies, internal brand/growth teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Creative, Finance, Commercial, etc) . . Negotiate media deals and strategic partnerships to maximize value and impact.. . . Leadership & Collaboration. . . Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing media function.. . Collaborate with marketing, creative, retail, and DTC teams to ensure integrated campaigns.. . Represent media strategy to Oura’s executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.. . . . Proven track record of leading global media strategies and large-scale budgets in a high-growth consumer brand, ideally in technology, health, or lifestyle sectors.. . Preferred experience working for global, fast-scaling brands that are go-to-market are multi-channel.. . Expertise balancing direct-response performance marketing with brand-building investments.. . Experience overseeing and managing global media agencies.. . Strong collaboration skills across marketing, retail, DTC, and creative functions.. .
