We’re currently looking for an Amazon Ads Analytics & Support Specialist to join our team.. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, loves working behind the scenes to drive performance, and wants to grow within a supportive, remote-first team.. 🔧 Here’s what you’ll be working on:. Performance Monitoring & Campaign Support. 📈 Track and analyze Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP placements.. 🎯 Make daily adjustments to bids, budgets, and keywords based on real-time performance trends.. 🛠️ Support the setup of new campaigns—including keyword research, audience targeting, and creative asset coordination.. 🧐 Troubleshoot issues and investigate performance anomalies, escalating insights when needed.. Data Management & Reporting. 📥 Collect and clean advertising and sales data from Amazon Ads Manager, Seller Central, and related platforms.. 📊 Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools) to monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.. 📝 Deliver clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports with performance commentary.. 💸 Monitor advertising budgets and flag discrepancies or overspend issues proactively.. Analysis & Insight Generation. 🧠 Apply analytical thinking to uncover performance patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.. 🔎 Conduct competitor and category analyses to benchmark results and drive strategy.. 🗣️ Translate business questions into clear reporting and actionable recommendations.. Cross-Team Collaboration & Innovation. 📬 Work closely with advertising managers, SEO, creative, and operations teams to support aligned, data-driven decisions.. 🧰 Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of internal reporting processes and data pipelines.. 🧪 Stay up to date with Amazon Ads trends, AI tools, and best practices.. 🚀 Suggest and test new strategies across creatives, bids, targeting, and keywords with a continuous improvement mindset.. Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, from 12pm to 8pm Central European Time, overlapping with West Coast mornings.. To excel in this role, you need to have: . ✅ 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing analytics, or ad campaign support.. ✅ Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.).. ✅ Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools, including building visual dashboards.. ✅ Familiarity with Amazon Ads Manager, Seller Central, and key ad metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CPC).. ✅ Ability to work with large datasets and maintaining clean, organized reporting systems.. ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills - you can turn complex data into meaningful insights..
