Deliver responsive, empathetic support across phone, email, chat, and Zoom to a high volume of clients.. . Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product usage, event logistics, and onboarding with clarity and care.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and a cohesive user experience.. . Maintain detailed records using systems like Salesforce and Zendesk, while handling escalations with professionalism.. . Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.. . Represent the brand with integrity and positive energy at all times.. . Participate in occasional evening/weekend work during live or virtual events.. . Travel up to 25% to support on-site events when needed.. . . 2–5+ years of experience in customer support, client experience, hospitality, or high-touch service roles.. .
