The Social Casino Product Executive plays a vital role in the execution of the Product Strategy for the Social Casino vertical. The position acts as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, ensuring the delivery of game roadmaps, promotional rollouts, and analytical insights. This role supports the continuous growth and evolution of the product offering, while ensuring the highest level of collaboration and communication between teams and external partners.. Areas of Responsibility. Product Delivery & Coordination. . Support the timely execution of the Social Casino games roadmap.. . Liaise with Design, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure games are launched with compelling and aligned promotional campaigns.. . Coordinate with external suppliers to implement and optimize their promotional tools.. . Issue Resolution & Support. Serve as a key contact between Customer Support, Development, and suppliers to promptly address and resolve customer-related issues.. Data & Reporting. Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to define, develop, and deliver insightful reports for the Social Casino Product team.. Strategic & Market Insight. . Collaborate with the broader Casino Product team to analyze competitive trends, understand market movements, and identify opportunities for innovation.. . Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to inform product and promotional strategies.. . Knowledge Sharing & Stakeholder Engagement. . Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for the Social Casino Product team across the business.. . Contribute to cross-functional understanding by sharing insights with internal departments, stakeholders, and occasionally with external partners or customers.. . Requirements. . Experience in a similar role within a Social Casino or Online Gaming environment.. . Ability to coordinate across departments such as CRM, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, and Development.. . Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.. .
