Head of Sales who’s been a few chapters ahead. — someone who has . scaled from early traction to €10M+ ARR. and knows what’s coming next.. 🎯 . What You’ll Do. Own revenue growth end-to-end.. From pipeline to forecast to closing — the numbers are yours.. Scale what already works.. Take early traction and turn it into a structured, repeatable sales motion.. Lead and grow the sales team.. Coach our small team and hire the next wave as we scale.. Be hands-on where it matters.. You’ll still close strategic deals while building systems that scale beyond you.. Design and evolve GTM strategy.. ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels.. Build the machine.. Playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear accountability.. Partner with leadership.. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial strategy and growth decisions.. Stay close to the market..
