You’ll design and scale impactful retention workflows, govern email infrastructure, and ensure strong deliverability using advanced tools and automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate across marketing, data, and product teams to improve inbox placement, boost engagement, and personalize customer experiences at scale. Design, build, and continuously optimize lifecycle workflows and marketing automations for customer engagement and retention.. . Create modular, responsive, and brand-aligned email templates with dynamic content for targeted personalization.. . Own email deliverability strategy by managing list hygiene, bounce handling, segmentation, and sender reputation.. . Administer and scale the Klaviyo ESP environment, managing user roles, APIs, event schemas, and integrations.. . Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts and analyze results using tools like Tableau to inform strategy.. . Implement governance across naming conventions, documentation, QA, and operational standards.. . Serve as the internal expert on deliverability, interfacing with Klaviyo and external ISPs as needed.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.. . Leverage AI and emerging tech to automate processes, increase efficiency, and drive performance.. . . 6+ years in email or retention marketing operations, with proven experience in Klaviyo and/or Braze.. . Experience collaborating with engineering, creative, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.. .
