Respond to customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and application processes via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide accurate information and guidance to clients on product usage, compliance, and troubleshooting.. . Assist in resolving issues and collaborating with technical teams for effective solutions.. . Document customer interactions meticulously to ensure proper follow-up and service continuity.. . Work closely with sales and product development teams to enhance customer experience.. .
