We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a background in healthcare SaaS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our suite of healthcare software products. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry, as well as a strong grasp of design principles and best practices.. Key Responsibilities:. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives.. . Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.. . Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.. . Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms.. . Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis.. . Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.. . Degree or certificate in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or a related field. . . 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on healthcare SaaS applications.. . Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.. . Deep understanding of design principles, and user-centered design methodologies.. . A portfolio that shows how you solve problems through your design process. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.. .
