Lead and manage a team of service delivery agents, providing real-time coaching, performance reviews, and quality oversight.. . Coordinate field operations by managing scheduling, routing, and calendar optimization to ensure timely and efficient service.. . Monitor work queues, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support automation improvements to enhance productivity.. . Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues, ensuring a calm and effective resolution process.. . Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless service experience.. . Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to improve processes and outcomes.. .
