Provide guidance on community guidelines, features, and best practices for a positive user experience.. . Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes.. . Collaborate with teams to improve user satisfaction and enhance platform features based on customer feedback.. .
