Review, draft, negotiate, and execute contracts including confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, purchasing, and provider/network enrollment agreements.. . Manage the contract workflow to ensure updates and accuracy in line with organizational and payer expectations.. . Develop and maintain contract schedules, files, documentation, and tracking mechanisms; provide periodic reports to management.. . Oversee processing and review of newly assigned contracts, ensuring timely completion and execution.. . Maintain payer portals (government and private) for credentialing and accreditation requirements.. . Summarize financial and operational impacts of procedural changes proposed by payers to relevant internal teams.. . Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, and partners on contractual matters.. . Customize and modify existing contract language while maintaining version control of agreements.. . Independently manage multiple contracting workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.. . Identify solutions for non-standard requests and challenges, supporting efficient and effective payer access processes.. . . 2–3 years of experience in contracts, insurance, or healthcare.. . Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, pharmacy operations, and PBM business environment.. . HIPAA-trained or ability to handle and protect highly confidential patient and employee information.. . Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.. . Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.. . Excellent communication skills to clearly convey results and updates across all levels of the organization.. .
