Accountabilities. . Lead architecture and system design efforts, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.. . Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, models, and technical standards to guide teams effectively.. . Provide technical oversight and guidance on system-level decisions, including microservices architecture, integration strategies, and API design.. . Collaborate with Agile teams and enterprise architects to maintain alignment between technical solutions and organizational strategy.. . Mentor and coach engineers on architectural principles, system design, and technical decision-making.. . Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, reliability, performance, and security.. . Prioritize technical debt and advocate for necessary refactoring or architectural improvements.. .
