This is the first hire on our brand-new Concierge team. As a Bilingual (English + Spanish) Phone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective new patients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and scheduling their first appointments over the phone. This role requires effective communication skills, particularly when explaining complex billing or insurance information to families, and the ability to handle rejections or difficult conversations. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare and aspires to become a leader on an emerging team.. Core Responsibilities:. . Make outbound calls to prospective new patients. Email and SMS communication may also be required, depending on the patient.. . Guide new patients through the onboarding process, addressing concerns or objections as they come up.. . Effectively communicate complex billing and insurance information to families.. . Navigate rejections or difficult conversations with potential clients.. . Ensure patients complete necessary post-call tasks, such as reviewing consent forms or uploading diagnostic information.. . Build feedback loops to keep Product + Engineering teams aware of technical issues or bugs.. . Utilize CRM or sales software.. . Work independently to meet sales targets.. . . Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.. . Demonstrated ability to manage workload and achieve sales targets.. . Familiarity with CRM or sales software, telephony or customer service software (Zendesk), and collaboration tools like Google Suite and Slack.. .
