In this position you will:. Execute our sales strategy, initiate contact with potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs. You will also need to create and build client relationships to obtain new business. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations. You will be part of a dynamic team that loves what they do, is results-driven AND has fun!. Essential Functions. . Reach or exceed sales goals. . Represent PropLogix at real estate events and trade shows. . Generate new customers through leads and cold calling. . Establish and maintain new client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems. . Participate in-office visits. . . Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.. Pay Rate: . Base Salary + Commission. Supervisory Responsibility. There are no supervisory responsibilities currently. But you are responsible for any management tasks delegated by your direct supervisor.. Located in the Southeast of Florida with ability to travel within the territory inside and outside of Miami. . Ability to travel in the territory up to 70% of the time. .
