As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients in order to schedule appointments for the sales team.. Key Responsibilities. . Conduct outreach to prospective clients in the Dutch-speaking market to identify potential leads.. . Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and set up appointments for the sales team.. . Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.. . Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are properly managed and followed up on.. . Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality and appointment setting processes.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively engage with prospects.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
