Sales Representative - Benelux at Pharma Universe. As the Sales Representative, you will manage and grow client relationships across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and market penetration in the region.. You will work according to an ISO 13485-certified quality management system. In addition, you will contribute to building a culture of business excellence and transparent communications.. Key Responsibilities:. . Grow our business in the assigned region.. . Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.. . Guide and inspire customers through various communication channels.. . Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, partners, and stakeholders.. . Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.. . Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.. . Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.. . Oversee account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.. . Participate in professional organizations and attend dedicated conferences and exhibitions.. . This role reports to the Sales Manager.. . Skills and Requirements:. . 2+ years of successful experience in a related field.. . Ambitious, result-oriented, and driven with excellent organizational skills.. . Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.. . Results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about making a positive customer impact.. .
