Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, onboarding, product, and support teams to deliver high-impact communications solutions.. . Support the discovery, scoping, and prioritization of new features and enhancements across the real-time communications portfolio.. . Partner with product and engineering leadership on roadmap planning, execution tracking, and vendor coordination.. . Assist in defining and writing clear, actionable product requirements and user stories based on identified use cases, bugs, and feature needs.. . Help create workflow diagrams, documentation, release notes, and training materials for internal and external audiences.. . Monitor product metrics such as call quality KPIs and reliability dashboards to guide decision-making and ensure SLA adherence.. . Collaborate with legal and operations teams to stay aligned with evolving compliance regulations (TCR, TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, CAN-SPAM).. . Contribute to testing and analysis of telecom APIs, VoIP integrations, and new feature beta programs.. . Participate in customer research and feedback collection to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.. . . 1–3 years of experience in product management, software development, systems architecture, or a related technical field—or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline.. .
