The Senior Consultant I, Solution Architecture, is a strategic and client-facing role responsible for designing innovative, high-value solutions and guiding customers through complex technology and process transformations. You will collaborate with clients to co-create multi-year solution roadmaps, providing architectural oversight and ensuring long-term adoption and business value. This position blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management, requiring a balance of deep specialization in one domain and broad knowledge across multiple solution areas. You will work closely with technical and leadership teams to deliver actionable, measurable outcomes while mentoring other consultants. Build long-term trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor for enterprise technology initiatives.. . Develop and deliver multi-year solution roadmaps aligned with customer business goals and KPIs, ensuring high-value outcomes.. . Design robust integrations between platforms, leveraging Atlassian, partner technologies, and internal frameworks to reduce friction and support scalable adoption.. . Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-scale implementations, guiding clients through complex technical and process decisions.. . Lead change management strategies and adoption planning to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and processes.. . Mentor and guide consultants and architects, contributing to team knowledge and capability development.. . Produce reusable assets, frameworks, and best practice guides that enhance team efficiency and customer success.. . Represent solutions and thought leadership externally through webinars, demonstrations, and community engagement.. . . . Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent in technical consulting or solutions architecture.. . Proven expertise in guiding customers through enterprise technology transformations and complex change initiatives.. . Deep specialization in at least one domain: Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Service Management, World-Class Software Development, or related areas.. . Multiple Atlassian certifications preferred (ACP, Atlassian Certified Master).. . Industry certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Agile (SAFe), ITIL, DevOps, or Change Management are highly desirable.. .
