Join us in helping our clients navigate their insurance and claims needs with ease!. Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policy details and claims processes. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with claims adjusters and internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. . Educate customers on insurance coverage and the claims submission process. . Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings. . Participate in training to stay informed about industry regulations and company policies. . Proficiency in both written and oral Italian and English.. Your nationality and native language . must. be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.. Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive industries. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
