Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI design, engineering, legal, and research to solve complex product challenges.. . Craft product copy, microcopy, notifications, emails, FAQs, style guides, and content patterns that are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.. . Translate complex concepts into user-friendly messaging, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and usability.. . Partner with brand and marketing teams to ensure a coherent voice and tone across all user touchpoints.. . To succeed in this position, you should bring:. . 5+ years of content design experience, preferably in consumer software, with experience in financial technology products being a plus.. .
