The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide and we are looking for a VP of Revenue & Sales Enablement to join our team!. The VP of Revenue & Sales Enablement will be responsible for our entire RevOps infrastructure, strategy and team as we reach full market share in the legal vertical and expand our services to all small businesses in North America.. You will own the systems, processes, strategy and messaging used in our GTM strategy. You will also help build efficiency between our strong inbound function and our sales team to increase sales results from inbound spend. Lastly, you will be the owner of all of the sales data in our organization in making it make sense to the other members of the leadership team so we can make smart and swift sales decisions for the future of the company.. This role will be one of the most pivotal in our company’s growth plans and will therefore be a part of our leadership team due to the importance.. Based on the results produced and leadership skills portrayed, this role comes with a strong, open-ended growth trajectory to grow into an EVP of Revenue and/or higher role in the future.. After our initial project of getting our new outbound SDR team performing predictably, this role will then begin taking some responsibilities of the CRO role.. Proven track record in bringing in $50M+ in annual sales . . 5+ years in revenue leadership roles (VP and above). . Advanced analytics, data & systems background. .
