Act as a strategic partner to founders, executives, and team leads on org design, team health, and leadership development.. . Build and implement core people systems including performance management, career frameworks, succession planning, and management training.. . Identify people risks and opportunities, using both data and intuition to drive smart, proactive decision-making.. . Help operationalize culture by translating company values into scalable, behavior-based systems and rituals.. . Develop effective, lightweight programs that enable managers to lead with clarity, confidence, and empathy.. . Support global workforce growth in both the US and EU, navigating complex employment structures and maintaining compliance.. . Drive a thoughtful balance between high standards and lean processes as the company continues to scale.. . . 8+ years of experience in People roles such as HRBP or People Partner, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.. . Proven success in partnering with senior leadership and aligning people initiatives to business outcomes.. . Track record of building people programs from scratch with a hands-on, no-ego attitude.. . Experience with performance reviews, org design, career pathing, talent development, and manager enablement.. . Excellent coaching, influence, and communication skills — with the confidence to challenge and guide leaders.. . Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in high-growth, rapidly evolving settings.. .
