In this role, you will:. . Lead financial operations processes, ensuring accurate policies, rates, and commission statements through careful data analysis.. . Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.. . Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting dashboards for leadership and sales teams.. . Ensure data quality across multiple systems, resolving discrepancies and driving initiatives to maintain accuracy.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to identify and implement process improvements.. . Conduct ROI analysis for tools and systems, optimizing resources and reporting methods.. . Provide feedback and strategic insights to improve processes, systems, and customer experience.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.. . 10+ years of operations, analytics, or project management experience, including roles in financial services, insurance, or similar industries.. . Expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and operational strategy.. . Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling), Salesforce, and Looker; familiarity with marketing automation tools a plus.. .
