Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management. . Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. . Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. . Manage email communications, prioritize incoming requests, and follow up on outstanding items. . Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for executives and cross-functional teams. . Support data entry and record management within CRMs and internal systems. . Track deadlines, assist in project coordination, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. . Collaborate with different departments and maintain organized digital records across tools like Google Workspace and HubSpot. . To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:. 4+years as Executive Assistant (preferable to C-suite).
