The Data Quality Processor & Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliability of organisational data across XPM, FYI, and other key business systems. This role acts as a steward and subject-matter expert for data quality, governance, and compliance, enabling the organisation to make informed decisions, meet regulatory obligations, and maintain strong operational performance..  . Key Responsibilities. Data Quality & Processing. Monitor, maintain, and enhance data quality across XPM/FYI and other business systems.. Serve as the data owner for designated datasets, ensuring control, integrity, and compliance.. Perform baseline data correction and ongoing cleansing activities.. Conduct second-layer reviews on all data entered by others.. Carry out direct data entry where needed..  . Analytics & Reporting. Generate routine and ad-hoc data analytics, dashboards, and performance reports.. Identify patterns, anomalies, and risks within datasets.. Provide insights to support business decision-making, process improvement, and strategic planning..  . Governance, Compliance & Risk. Ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.. Apply data governance principles to system workflows and storage protocols.. Conduct data-related risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.. Draft, maintain, and enforce data-related policies and standards..  . Data Standards & Metadata. Develop and maintain metadata standards and data dictionaries.. Create and enforce naming conventions and classification frameworks.. Manage data cataloging to ensure clarity and discoverability..  . Training & Stakeholder Support. Act as an expert trainer on system data requirements and governance.. Provide ongoing support, education, and guidance to staff on data issues.. Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related queries..  . Skills & Experience. Essential. Experience in data quality, data processing, analytics, or a related field.. Understanding of data governance, compliance obligations, and regulatory frameworks.. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.. High attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies.. Strong communication and training abilities.. Experience drafting or enforcing data standards and policies.. Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities..  . Desirable. Experience with XPM, FYI, or similar platforms.. Familiarity with metadata management and data cataloging.. Background in information management or quality assurance..
