We provide a fully paid relocation package to support your transition as you join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential Dutch-speaking clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting our sales team in reaching new prospects. Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails, speaking in Dutch.. . Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.. . Document all client interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.. . Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and answer any initial questions.. . Support the sales team in transitioning leads effectively.. . Provide feedback on outreach strategies to aid in continuous improvement.. . . Fluency in Dutch and conversational English.. . No prior experience needed; eagerness to learn is essential.. . Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.. . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.. . Organizational skills and attention to detail are important.. . Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus; training will be provided.. .
