We want you to enjoy working with us.. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing BI reports and dashboards.. Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs with a focus on usability, performance, and clarity.. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from Snowflake and other data sources.. Connect and integrate Power BI with Snowflake, ensuring data models are efficient, scalable, and secure.. Conduct validation sessions with users to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of reports.. Manage report lifecycles including development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and support.. Support and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on user feedback and changing business requirements.. Create and maintain documentation on data models, report specifications, and validation procedures.. Promote best practices for BI development, including data governance, security, and visualization standards.. -Qualifications:. 3+ years of experience building BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.. Experience working with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses).. Demonstrated success gathering requirements directly from business users and translating them into BI solutions.. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and report optimization best practices.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Experience with DAX in Power BI.. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.. Experience with Spotfire is a good plus. Company Location: Mexico.
