The Director of Operations will oversee all day-to-day operations across luxury vacation rentals. This senior leadership role manages both Property Caretaking and Guest Support departments and ensures operational excellence across staffing, property readiness, vendor coordination, and guest experience.. Oversee daily operations across property Caretaking & Maintenance.. Guest Support / Customer Experience.. Serve as the primary operational escalation point..
