Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers regarding logistics and supply chain inquiries.. . Provide accurate information regarding shipping schedules, delivery issues, and product availability.. . Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate order processing and shipment tracking.. . Maintain and update customer records in the company database in a timely manner.. . Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation required for international and domestic shipments.. . Conduct follow-up calls and emails with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and relationship management.. . . Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.. .
