Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding household appliances. . Assist customers with product inquiries, availability, and order status. . Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively and professionally. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. . Gather customer feedback to inform enhancements to our products and services. . Stay informed about new products and trends in the household appliances industry. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. . Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or consumer electronics, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Interest in household appliances and a passion for helping customers. . Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. .
