We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to build and lead impactful enablement programs for revenue-generating teams. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver innovative sales methodologies, onboarding experiences, and coaching frameworks for sales leaders and account teams. Develop and implement comprehensive sales methodologies tailored to the business model. . Design onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales leadership to accelerate team performance. . Create a culture of coaching by building tools and strategies that equip leaders to develop their teams. . Define and track KPIs to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives and continuously optimize programs. . Lead engaging reinforcement activities to build mastery and confidence across the sales organization. . Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, and operations to align on goals and outcomes. . . 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or senior-level sales. . Proven success developing and measuring effective enablement and coaching programs. . Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design. . Experience with coaching methodologies and deep passion for supporting leadership development. . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adapt accordingly. . Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and LMS platforms. . Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. . Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus. . Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Miller-Heiman) are highly desirable. .
