This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams. You will design data-driven marketing programs, leverage automation and CRM tools, and optimize marketing performance to maximize pipeline and bookings. Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.. . Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and measure ROI.. . Implement data-driven dashboards, metrics, and performance tracking to optimize marketing programs.. . Design and manage marketing campaigns, including ABM, content, events, webinars, and paid media.. . Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless execution and alignment of initiatives.. . Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve measurable outcomes.. . . 5+ years of B2B SaaS or FinTech marketing experience with a focus on enterprise pipeline growth.. . Proven success in scaling demand generation programs and driving measurable revenue impact.. . Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesloft, and Qualified.. . Experience in ABM, content marketing, events, webinars, and paid campaigns.. . Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.. .
