What the Strategic Account Manager role looks like:   .  . . . Client Relationship Management: .  Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations.  . . . Developing Strategic Plans:.  Create and implement tailored account plans that align with client goals and company objectives, outlining strategies for growth and success.  . . . Driving Revenue Growth: .  Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and securing new business.  . . . Client Communication and Support: . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or concerns.  . . . Collaboration and Advocacy:. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and advocate for client interests within the organization.  . . . Performance Monitoring and Reporting: . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. . 7-10 years of account management, sales, or business development experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance industry. . Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.  . Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and negotiate agreements. . Ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals. . Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives. . Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. . Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time .  . Work Environment:  . Combination of office and field settings .
