As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries, reservations, and experiences, ensuring they receive personalized support in Spanish.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, reservations, travel packages, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish.. . Provide information about various tourist destinations, including accommodations and local attractions.. . Assist customers in the booking process and handle modifications or cancellations smoothly.. . Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.. . Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and local tourism information.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an asset.. .
