Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, providing them with product information and assistance in Dutch.. . Process customer orders and manage sales documentation and administration efficiently.. . Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests and inquiries.. . Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.. . Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.. . Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.. . Stay informed about product offerings, services, and market trends to provide excellent service.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively..
