Talent Acquisition Specialist.  to join our team and act as a trusted hiring partner — from understanding recruitment needs to successfully closing open roles.. Key Responsibilities:. 1. End-to-End Recruitment. manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to candidate onboarding touchpoint;. Independently close . middle, senior, and lead-level roles;. 2. Hiring Manager Partnership. conduct high-quality intake meetings to align on expectations, priorities, and risks;. actively manage hiring manager expectations and challenge requirements when needed;. provide regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress.. 3. Candidate Assessment. conduct HR interviews focused on soft skills, motivation, and cultural alignment;. partner with hiring managers to define and refine evaluation criteria;. confidently make hiring recommendations and push back when risks are identified.. 4. . . Analytics. maintain accurate data and pipeline stages in the ATS;. track and analyze key recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire etc).. 5+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment;. experience in independent management and filling vacancies of varying complexity;. experience working with ATS systems and other similar tools, such as Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets etc;. confident communication skills, ability to handle objections; . english proficiency at B2 level or higher..  . Nice to Have:. experience in the iGaming niche;. experience with Workable ATS;. experience in direct search and hiring for complex leadership roles, including - Head, Lead, and C-level positions..
