Design static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google. . Develop assets for landing pages, emails, pitch decks, and social content. . Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to align visuals with goals. . Translate campaign briefs into high-performing creative that converts. . Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines. . Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative testing results. . Organize and manage design files, templates, and versions. . You Might Be a Fit If You:. . Have 2–5 years of experience in digital and brand design. . Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva (optional: After Effects or Premiere for motion). . Understand the difference between what looks good and what converts. . Love working fast, iterating, and designing based on performance. .
