Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent at Mercier Consultancy Europe. Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them resolve technical issues and enhancing their overall experience with our services. Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients in Dutch.. . Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software and hardware.. . Document all client interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.. . Guide clients with practical solutions to optimize their use of our products.. . Work collaboratively with the technical team to escalate complex issues as needed.. . Solicit feedback from clients to drive improvements in service quality.. . Stay informed about product updates and participate in training sessions to enhance your support skills.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.. . Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is preferred.. . Strong analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.. . Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is a plus.. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.. .
