Integrate editorial and content marketing with broader digital, PR, and brand strategies for cohesive cross-channel storytelling.. . Spearhead the adoption of AI-powered tools and innovative workflows to enhance creative output and operational efficiency.. . Engage directly with clients as lead content strategist, developing tailored editorial strategies that meet specific business needs.. . Mentor, coach, and develop talent while overseeing resource planning, freelancer management, and workload distribution.. . . . 10+ years of experience in editorial leadership, content marketing, or communications, preferably in an agency setting.. . Proven ability to drive business results through strategic content initiatives, including new business wins and organic growth.. . Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).. . Deep understanding of editorial processes, SEO, analytics tools, and content marketing best practices.. . Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 5+ across content creation, strategy, and performance.. .
