This role provides the opportunity to lead the development and management of a digital platform ecosystem that supports critical agricultural processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure platform features are cohesive, user-friendly, and aligned with business priorities. As a Digital Platform Product Owner, you will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and key performance indicators. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, adoption of digital solutions, and the timely rollout of innovative tools for seed trialing and inventory management. The position requires a combination of technical understanding, agricultural domain knowledge, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable outcomes across multiple teams.. . Accountabilities. ·         Lead product ownership for the Trialing Process ecosystem, making decisions on scope and prioritization.. ·         Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and iterative improvement.. ·         Advocate for platform usability to enhance internal adoption and accelerate time-to-market for new products.. ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize product requirements.. ·         Coordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutions.. ·         Drive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processes.. Ensure alignment across related systems and platforms to deliver integrated solutions. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Agriculture, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.. ·         Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or program ownership.. ·         5+ years of experience in agricultural technology or a related domain.. ·         Advanced knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.. ·         Understanding of agricultural research processes, particularly seed trialing.. ·         Familiarity with inventory management systems and data collection tools.. ·         Strong project management skills, including resource allocation and timeline management.. ·         Proven track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.. ·         Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.. .
