Communications Manager. will give you the opportunity to shape the B2B narrative and amplify our brand in the Polish market. You will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that directly support our company goals and sales initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency across all external and internal communications, helping to build our reputation as a market leader in the beauty and physiotherapy industries.. Working closely with our Head of Marketing for Poland, you'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging with campaigns and brand positioning. You'll also support crisis communication efforts, acting as a key advisor during sensitive situations. You’ll be excited by the prospect of monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns to make data-driven recommendations that will continuously improve our communication efforts.. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…. . Strategic Communication ability to design and execute comprehensive communication strategies tailored to B2B audiences.. . Proven ability to translate brand values into impactful messaging for both global and local markets.. . Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in managing multiple communication projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.. . A track record of collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure communication supports lead generation and brand positioning.. . Experience in event communication, including messaging for B2B events, conferences, and webinars.. . Ability to create compelling presentations using tools like Google Slides and have basic design skills in Canva or Figma.. .
