We are seeking skilled and motivated . Network Access Control (NAC) professionals. to join our RSK security practice. This role focuses on designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing NAC solutions to ensure secure network access across enterprise environments. Candidates across a wide experience spectrum (1–30 years) are welcome, provided they possess strong expertise in network security fundamentals and NAC technologies.. The ideal candidate will help organizations strengthen their security posture by ensuring that only authenticated, compliant, and authorized devices and users can access corporate networks. You will work closely with network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to enforce access policies, monitor network activity, and mitigate potential risks.. Key Responsibilities. Design, deploy, configure, and manage . Network Access Control (NAC) solutions. across enterprise environments. . Implement device authentication, posture assessment, and policy enforcement mechanisms for wired, wireless, and VPN access. . Integrate NAC platforms with identity management systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication frameworks. . Develop and maintain role-based access policies to control network access for users, endpoints, and IoT devices. . Monitor NAC infrastructure, analyze logs, and investigate network access anomalies or security incidents. . Collaborate with security operations teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements. . Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for NAC-related connectivity and authentication issues. . Support network segmentation and zero-trust security initiatives through effective NAC implementation. . Work with infrastructure teams to integrate NAC with switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, and endpoint security tools. . Participate in vulnerability management, security assessments, and periodic audits related to network access policies. . Document NAC architecture, processes, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and governance. . Required Skills & Expertise. Strong understanding of . Network Access Control (NAC) frameworks and technologies. . . Hands-on experience with NAC platforms such as . Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Forescout, or similar solutions. . . Knowledge of . networking fundamentals. including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and 802.1X authentication. . Experience implementing . authentication protocols. such as RADIUS, TACACS+, and certificate-based authentication. . Familiarity with . endpoint compliance checks, posture assessment, and device profiling. . . Experience integrating NAC with . identity and access management (IAM) systems. . . Understanding of . network security concepts. , including segmentation, access control policies, and zero-trust architecture. . Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and resolve authentication failures. . Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is an added advantage. . Preferred Qualifications. Experience in enterprise or large-scale network environments. . Certifications such as . Cisco CCNA/CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, or vendor-specific NAC certifications. are advantageous. .
