We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. This leader will own revenue growth, sales strategy, and team performance while building a repeatable, data-driven sales engine. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with experience in digital marketing or SaaS for the Legal industry who thrives in high-growth environments. You will partner closely with executive leadership and marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy, optimize pipeline generation, and drive predictable revenue. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our sales organization.. Responsibilities Include:. Own and drive revenue growth across the legal vertical . Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team . Build scalable sales processes tailored to law firm buyers . Refine positioning and messaging for attorney decision-makers . Optimize pipeline generation and conversion performance . Partner with marketing to align demand generation strategy . Coach sales reps on consultative selling within the legal space . Forecast revenue and manage performance metrics . Build strategic relationships with law firm leaders . Provide market insights to inform service and product strategy. Proven experience selling digital marketing services, SaaS, or legal technology directly to attorneys and law firms. Demonstrated success closing complex B2B deals within the legal industry . Experience managing or scaling a sales team focused on law firm clients . Deep understanding of how law firms evaluate and purchase growth solutions . Candidates without direct experience working with attorneys and law firms will not be considered. 10+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 7+ years in leadership . Background in legal marketing, legal SaaS, or performance marketing . Strong consultative and value-based selling skills . Data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting .
