Care Operations Intern at Intellect. The Operations Intern will support the Operations and Provider Engagement teams across core execution and strategic enablement workstreams. This role contributes to the business by strengthening provider network operations, improving data visibility, supporting industry and market research, and enabling cross functional projects through structured analysis, documentation, and presentation of insights. The intern will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Provider Engagement, Commercial, and Product, gaining hands on exposure to how a global mental health services business scales reliably and sustainably.. Support the Provider Engagement team on day to day provider network operations including onboarding coordination, lifecycle management, provider communications, and engagement initiatives. Assist with provider outreach efforts and support planning and execution of provider events or engagement activities where required. Support data tracking, data clean up, and basic analysis across provider, operations, and service datasets to improve accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability. Assist with simple automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work, including supporting workflow improvements, data hygiene efforts, and repeatable reporting processes using existing tools. Conduct desk research and structured analysis on industry trends, market benchmarks, provider rates, service models, and emerging practices in mental healthcare and adjacent services. Support cross functional operational projects including process mapping, SOP documentation, service deployment readiness, and internal coordination. Assist in preparing structured slides and materials to communicate insights, problem statements, recommendations, and progress updates to internal stakeholders. Provide general operational support to the Operations team as needed, including ad hoc analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Healthcare Management, Psychology, Public Health, Economics, or a related field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structure. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis to derive insights. Ability to think logically and break down ambiguous problems into clear components. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Google Slides or PowerPoint and Google Sheets or Excel. Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal handholding. Company Location: India.
