Develop profitable new business relationships and increase revenue from existing accounts through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.. . Identify opportunities based on market insights, client needs, and product/service capabilities.. . Conduct compelling sales presentations for prospective and existing clients to demonstrate the value of tailored solutions.. . Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to drive sales activity.. . Manage ongoing account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.. . Establish strong internal partnerships and maintain a positive presence within the community to enhance the organization’s brand.. . Oversee sales pipeline management across self-generated, partner, and marketing leads to meet or exceed sales quotas.. . Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving payment technologies to inform client strategies.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.. . At least nine years of product sales experience, preferably at the enterprise or mid-market level.. . Proven ability to sell to C-suite executives and deliver complex solutions.. . Experience in financial services, payment solutions, or fintech software sales is a plus.. . Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.. . Demonstrated success in building strong sales pipelines and managing opportunities from prospect to close.. . Advanced knowledge of banking products, payment technologies, and current market trends.. . Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.. .
