Your responsabilities are. Own 4–6 client relationships and drive end-to-end campaign and flow execution. . Translate strategy into deliverables and ensure timelines, quality, and scope stay tight. . Proactively manage workflows in ClickUp and keep internal teams aligned. . Conduct final reviews of emails and flows before client delivery (visual, copy, tech). . Create and manage campaign sending calendars, flow build timelines, and rollout plans. . Serve as the . retention lead. in client calls, providing strategic insights and performance takeaways. . Audit and QA Klaviyo flows — actively support with troubleshooting and light build work when needed. . Proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts, from segmentation to A/B testing to upsell strategy. . . 3+ years in retention/email marketing or lifecycle strategy, ideally in an agency capacity. . . Klaviyo Expert Certified (mandatory) . — you must be fluent in the platform and able to troubleshoot or build when needed. . English skills C1-C2!. . Proven experience managing multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email/SMS) for DTC/eComm brands. . Background in agency or fast-paced client-facing role. . Exceptional communication skills — clear, timely, polished. . Operates with ownership, urgency, and extreme attention to detail. . Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack. . Deep understanding of what makes email flows tick — from structure and filtering to segmentation. . Bo. nus Points. .
