Accountabilities:. . Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, advancing organizational goals and mission.. . Lead critical enterprise finance functions, including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Portfolio Management Office.. . Ensure financial sustainability, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment of resources and programs.. . Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes with accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.. . Provide actionable, data-driven insights and present complex financial information in accessible terms to executive leadership and boards.. . Drive process improvements, technology upgrades, and transformation initiatives across finance and portfolio operations.. . Manage, coach, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across multiple finance disciplines.. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.. . 15+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting leadership experience.. . Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Payroll), procurement, and financial systems integration.. . Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.. . Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex topics clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.. . Demonstrated leadership in motivating teams, coaching leaders, and building high-performing inclusive environments.. .
