As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally and help optimize accounting systems and controls. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of financial statements, consolidations, and key performance analytics.. . Provide technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and conduct special technical assessments as needed.. . Oversee external audits and coordinate with professional service providers.. . Continuously evaluate and improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.. . Lead and mentor junior accounting team members or outsourced partners.. . Support the implementation of accounting systems, tools, and automation processes to drive scalability.. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.. . CPA license required.. . 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm preferred).. . Experience working in a high-growth startup or technology company environment.. . Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.. .
