Responsibilities. . Identify, source, and qualify leads based on clear criteria . . Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email . . Book discovery calls and free audits for the sales team . . Manage, track, and update the sales funnel daily . . Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach scripts and strategies . . Keep accurate records and report progress consistently . . Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals. . Requirements. . 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales . . Strong written and verbal communication skills (English level B2 or higher) . . Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel management . . Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups . . A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach . .
